The sea buoy platform can be a single or multiple composition, one of which is the main station and the rest is from the station. After the data obtained from the station is processed by the main station, it is returned by the corresponding data compression algorithm. After the onshore information receiving system obtains the data, it decodes through the back-end data processing server and is associated with the database, and transmits the information to the terminal display system, including the ship situation display, the sea spectrum monitoring and so on.

The system is used for ocean-going ship monitoring, alarm, easy for onshore command center to understand the traffic situation of ocean-going sea area in real time.
